General Summary: The responsibility of the Technical Training Expert (TTE) is to support the Director of Technical Training in fulfilling the strategies, tactics, mission and goals of the Grundfos Technical Institute team. These activities include supporting sister companies in Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and any newly acquired companies. The TTE will maximize value throughout the Grundfos organization by assisting and supporting the efforts of the various Business Units. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development of curriculum and instructional materials and of facilitation of technical classes for end users, installers, specifying engineers, OEM’s, distributors, representatives, and employees. 2. Promote a philosophy of learning and education, and approve intended learning outcomes. Assure that training materials and methodologies are aligned with the philosophy. 3. Contribute, support and promote a clear vision of the Grundfos Technical Institute within and without Grundfos. 4. Assist and contribute in creating a one to two year tactical plan for technical training. 5. Assure that all company policies and procedures are followed. 6. Maintain an awareness of other technical training programs, applicable to the pump, and parallel industries, as provided by other pump manufacturers and third party training providers. 7. Participate in the development and delivery of training programs that enhance participant’s ability to meet technical objectives and improve performance. 8. Assess training needs based on student feedback, sales and marketing analysis, and business objectives. 9. Develop and improve key process measures that track training outcomes. 10. Maintain active involvement in technical training programs sponsored by the Hydraulic Institute, ANSI and other professional organizations. 11. Mentor assigned subordinates to enhance their skills and competencies, emphasizing continuous improvement in their professional development for their respective roles. 12. Maintain responsibility for preparation of reports on student enrollment rates, class evaluation results, and pre-test and post-test scores. 13. Participate in the Employee Development Dialogue (EDD) process. 14. The purpose of this position is to develop business through existing defined Grundfos markets and channels, engaging non-government organizations (NGO’s), specifically, electric utility entities. This role will support the mutually beneficial market transformation of standard low efficiency pumps and pumping systems to high efficiency products that Grundfos offers to our respective markets. The success within this role will be demonstrated by the number and quality of programs developed with targeted electric utilities, the associated sales of high efficiency Grundfos products and the complete engagement and development of respective sales channels in this process. ARMORED SERVICES TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS GENERAL FUNCTION OF ARMORED (Driver, Guard, Messenger) • Drive automatic and standard shift vehicles weighing from 4,000 to 20,000 pounds gvw for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day, minimum of five (5) days per week during a seven (7) day work week, in accordance with a designated route, making stops at a minimum of 50 customer locations. • Pick up/deliver customer change orders/deposits carrying a minimum of 50 pounds by hand or up to several hundred pounds by cart, a minimum of 30 stops per day for a minimum of eight (8) hours, 5 days per week during a seven (7) day work week. • Load/unload vehicle cargo consisting of several bags and boxes of coin, weighing as much as 50 pounds per item, as the route requires up to a maximum of 200 times per day between 2 to 4 times, minimum 5 days per week.
